Thank you for shopping with Soluna. We want you to be completely happy with your Solar Mandala Projection Light. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work, what your rights are, and how to start the process. It applies to all purchases made through https://soluna.garden.

Important – your mandatory rights are preserved. Nothing in this policy takes away or limits your mandatory legal rights as a consumer. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa have jurisdiction; however, this choice of law and forum does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence (for example, in the EU/EEA, the UK, or Israel). Where the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you stronger or additional rights, or a more favourable forum, those rights and that forum apply and are not waived. Where this policy and your local mandatory rights differ, your local mandatory rights prevail.

Note on data and your privacy. Processing a return, cancellation or refund involves handling your personal data (for example your name, contact details, order details and, where a return is shipped, your address). To fulfil and return orders we work with our dropshipping fulfilment partner, CJ Dropshipping, and our payment processors, PayPal and Stripe. 1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (all customers)

We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on the Solar Mandala Projection Light. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of the delivery date (the day you or someone you nominate receives the product).

To qualify under this voluntary guarantee:

  • The item should be returned in its original condition, complete, and ideally in its original packaging.
  • The item should not be damaged through misuse, mishandling or handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping under the 30-day guarantee: Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described (see Section 4), the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to us under this voluntary guarantee. We do not charge a restocking fee. Because we fulfil orders through international warehouses, please contact us first so we can give you the correct return address (see Section 5).

This 30-day guarantee is offered by us in addition to, and does not reduce, any statutory rights you may have, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal described in Section 2, the Israeli cancellation right described in Section 2A, and any rights for faulty goods described in Section 4.


2. Your Statutory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a separate legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This statutory right exists in addition to our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee, and you may rely on whichever is more favourable to you.

Withdrawal period. The 14-day withdrawal period ends 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods. If you have not been properly informed of this right, the withdrawal period is extended by up to 12 months as required by law.

How to withdraw. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by:

  • Emailing hello@soluna.garden with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing; or
  • Using the online withdrawal function on our website (a "withdraw from your order here" option with a confirmation step), where available; or
  • Completing and sending us the model withdrawal form set out at the end of this policy (Section 8).

You may use the model form, but it is not obligatory — any clear, unambiguous statement is sufficient. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Returning the goods after withdrawal. You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

Return shipping cost on withdrawal. Under the statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We inform you of this here, as required by law. We will tell you the return address on request (see Section 5).

Your liability for diminished value. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds on withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (note: our shipping is free, so there is no separate delivery charge to refund). We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used, without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earliest. We will not charge you any fee for the reimbursement.


2A. Your Statutory Cancellation Right (Israeli consumers)

If you are a consumer in Israel, you have a statutory cancellation ("cooling-off") right under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, in addition to our voluntary 30-day guarantee:

  • Cancellation period. You may cancel the transaction from the date of the order up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the day you receive the written disclosure document, whichever is later.
  • Extended right for eligible persons. If you are a person with a disability, a senior citizen (aged 65+), or a new immigrant (oleh), and the transaction involved a conversation (including electronic), you may cancel within four months of the transaction.
  • Cancellation fee. For a change-of-mind cancellation, we may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or NIS 100, whichever is lower. No fee is charged where cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity, late delivery or other breach by us.
  • Refund. On cancellation we will refund you and cancel any charge within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. You return the goods (and generally bear the return logistics) for change-of-mind cancellations; where cancellation is due to a defect or breach, we collect the goods at our cost and refund in full.

These rights overlap and add to each other. If you are an EU/EEA, UK or Israeli consumer, you keep both your statutory right and the voluntary 30-day guarantee, and may use whichever is more favourable to you.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Not-As-Described Items

If your Solar Mandala Projection Light arrives faulty, damaged, defective, or materially different from how it was described on our website, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return shipping for such items.

This is separate from the change-of-mind options above and reflects your statutory rights to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described (for example, the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU/EEA and the UK, the rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, and equivalent non-excludable consumer rights elsewhere). These rights are not limited by our 30-day guarantee and cannot be waived.

To make a claim for a faulty or not-as-described item:

  1. Email hello@soluna.garden within a reasonable time of discovering the problem, quoting your order number.
  2. Describe the issue and, where possible, include photos or a short video showing the fault or damage.

We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we will cover the cost of returning the item if a return is needed. We may ask you to return the item or provide evidence before we send a replacement or issue a refund.


5. How to Start a Return (all return types)

We do not use a self-service returns portal. To start any return, cancellation or claim:

  1. Email us at hello@soluna.garden.
  2. Include your order number and tell us whether you are: (a) using the 30-day money-back guarantee, (b) exercising the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, (c) exercising the Israeli 14-day (or four-month) cancellation right, or (d) reporting a faulty or not-as-described item.
  3. Wait for our return instructions. Because Soluna fulfils orders through a third-party dropshipping partner (CJ Dropshipping) with overseas warehouses (including in China), the correct return address depends on your item and location. We will provide the applicable returns address to you on request, once you contact us. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm the address, as this may delay or complicate your refund.

We aim to respond to all return requests promptly. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.


6. Condition of Returned Goods

For change-of-mind returns (the 30-day guarantee, the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal, and the Israeli cancellation right):

  • Please return the product complete and, where possible, in its original packaging.
  • You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop. Opening the original packaging does not, by itself, prevent cancellation. However, handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning may reduce the refundable amount to reflect any loss in value (as permitted by law).
  • Please pack the item carefully to avoid transit damage on the way back to us.

For faulty or not-as-described items (Section 4), the condition requirement does not apply in the same way — you are entitled to a remedy regardless of the original packaging.


7. Refunds — Method and Timing

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used at checkout (PayPal, or credit/debit card via Stripe), unless you agree otherwise. We will not charge you a fee for issuing a refund. Card refunds are processed back through our PCI-compliant payment processor; we never store your full card number.
  • Currency: Refunds are made in the currency in which you paid (ILS, USD, EUR, GBP or AED).
  • Timing — EU/UK withdrawal: within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal, subject to our right to withhold payment until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return, whichever is earliest.
  • Timing — Israeli cancellation: within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • Timing — 30-day guarantee: within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Timing — faulty / not-as-described: without undue delay once we confirm the issue.
  • Withholding: For change-of-mind returns, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever happens first.

Once we issue your refund, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

9. Other Important Information

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Your order is fulfilled by dropshipping through CJ Dropshipping, and products ship from overseas warehouses (often China). Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after a processing time of 1–2 business days. These are good-faith estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates; delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control do not affect your statutory rights.
  • Import duties and taxes. For international orders, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes may be the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. Such charges are generally non-refundable by us; please check with your local customs authority before ordering. This does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to a refund of the price you paid us on a valid withdrawal or cancellation.
  • Truthful pricing and reviews. Any promotional, sale or "compare-at" pricing reflects genuine offers, and any countdown or limited-availability indicator reflects a real, time-limited offer. Product reviews shown on our site are from genuine customers.
  • Your local rights. Customers in Israel benefit from the cancellation and refund rights of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981; EU/EEA and UK consumers benefit from the rights described above; and consumers elsewhere keep any mandatory rights granted by their local law. Nothing in this policy reduces, excludes or limits those rights.
  • Limitation of liability (to the maximum extent permitted by law). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and without affecting your mandatory statutory consumer rights or non-excludable warranties, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under the legal guarantee of conformity.
